CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms of sale govern the purchase of the products that we promote and sell on this site and the shipment of those Products to the countries to which we supply. “site” means the website located at http://www.rewage.nl. If you purchase anything on this Site, we ask that you accept these terms and conditions of sale and if you do, an agreement will arise between you and us, which is subject to these Terms of Sale. It is therefore important that you read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering products on this site.

In these terms and conditions of sale of the products, the REWAGE company is responsible for sales to Wholesalers and retailers in the country you select for the delivery of the products.
02. Are the descriptions of products and prices impeccable?
We make every effort to ensure that the information about our products is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that there can be no errors in the description and / or prices of the Products or that the Products are always available if you want to place an order to buy them.
The colors you see on your screen may also depend on your computer system and settings, so we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display those colors.
We reserve the right to change the information about the products displayed on our site, including prices, description and availability. However, such changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an order receipt email (see below).
03. How can I buy something on this site?
Here we describe all the steps required to purchase something on our site (in legal terms: to enter into a purchase agreement). The process below will be available in the following languages, depending on the website of the country you have accessed: English and Dutch.
The concluded agreement will be provided to you at the end of the process and will also be accessible to us in the future – but not changeable.
1° step: you place an order
To complete a purchase, you must first place an order for products. This Order must then be accepted by us.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. To place an order, you must select the products on the site, select your preferred shipping method, as well as other optional services, if you wish, and finally click the “BUY NOW” button. We do not accept orders placed in any other way than described above.
2° step: we confirm receipt of the order
If you place the order through the site, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt of your order (“E-mail with receipt of the order”). The e-mail with receipt of the order contains the full details of your order (such as Order number, information about products, prices, your shipping address, REWAGE on that the e-mail with receipt of the order is not yet acceptance of your Order.
3° step: we confirm that the products have been shipped – contract concluded!
When your order has been accepted by us, we will send you an email confirming that all or part of the products have been shipped (“Shipping Confirmation Email”).
Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, your order has been definitively accepted by us and the purchase agreement between you and us has been completed in respect of the products shipped at that time. This agreement consists of: your order; our receipt of the order; our e-mail with receipt of the order and e-mail with confirmation of the shipment; the then current Sales Conditions. No other conditions will apply.
The shipping confirmation email will contain an unalterable copy of the version of the Terms of Sale applicable at the time the purchase contract is concluded for your future consultation.
If Orders are not accepted
While we do our best to always accept orders, in some cases we can still refuse an order, for example: If you provide us with incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent information about your identity, age, payment details, billing information, shipping address;
- If we discover that there was an error on our site regarding the products you ordered, for example, regarding the displayed price or description;
- If the products you ordered are unfortunately out of stock or no longer available;
- If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you intend to resell the products.
If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and in any event no later than 5 days from the date of your order. If we cannot accept your order because the products are no longer available, or because there is an error in the price and / or other information on our site, we will refund you any amount you may have already been charged for those products.
If you have selected an ABM, we may exceptionally have already collected your payment and then discover that the Products may not be available. In that case, we will contact you immediately and provide a full refund.

05. When will the products be delivered? Can I track my shipment?
We offer a range of delivery options from which you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Specific terms and conditions may apply to the different delivery options, as well as different delivery costs. Please see full details in our delivery terms.
You can track the shipping of your products by clicking the “Track My Order” link in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that this link will take you to the courier website, which is not controlled by us.
06. I want to return a product purchased here. What should I do?
We hope you are very happy with your purchase from REWAGE but understand that you want to return one or all products. You can return products within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied or if you have changed your mind.

07. Who can I call if I have problems with a purchase or a product, or if I want to make a complaint? does REWAGE offer after-sales customer support?
If you have encountered problems or would like to complain about a Product, or a purchase made through this site, or simply need after-sales support, please contact us as directed by contacting us page managed by our customer service.
08. Are my personal data collected and processed on this site? Why? How?
By placing an order, you agree that we can store, process and use your personal data for the purposes of processing your order. We will process your information in accordance with our privacy policy.
